Filming

Includes:

• Up to 1 minutes per clip;
• Filming done at Digital Video Experts studio, Elanora Heights (Northern Beaches) in a nice & friendly atmosphere. Plenty of parking available;
• Presenter provided by you (generally a good idea to use the business owner);
• Write your own script (1 minute = approx 160 words);
• 3 takes per video (you choose the best);
• Use of teleprompter during filming;
• Turn around 10 working days;
• Filming High Definition for perfect keying result.

Optional Video/Filming Extras:

• Express turnaround 24 hours $49.00+gst per clip
• Script writing assistance $99.00+gst (per script)

Walk-On-Video Player

This is the player which allows you to display the Walk On Video on your site.  It is included in the package price and it is required for the videos to work.  The “Pay-once-Use-Forever” license, allows you to use the player on all websites you own, for as many videos as you want.

• 1x Perpetual License (included in the package)

Please note: support for the Walk-On-Video Player is provided by the Player Developer. Access to support files and information will be provided with the purchase of the player license. Setup of the player on your website must be done by yourself or your web-developer. Detailed setup instructions are provided with the purchase of the player license.

Hosting

Each video needs to be loaded to a server. Your own web-developer (e.g. Receptive) might be able to organise this for you. However, if need this service as well, Digital Video Experts can offer very competitive hosting prices starting at only $9.95 per month.

Super-Saver value pack:

• “Super-Saver” hosting contract – monthly payment $9.95+gst per month OR
• Pay ahead 12 months “Super-Saver” hosting $99.00+gst once off

Additional information:

• Monthly hosting payments are charged on credit card at the end of each month;
• We host your video, and provide you with the link to the file for playback on your website.
• Does not include reporting or download counts (hits/views)
• Includes 5Gb of Data Storage overall (each Walk-On-Video is approx 3 to 6 Mb)
• Includes 20Gb Data transfer per month

Other Information:

• Booking confirmation deposit:
  filming bookings are confirmed once a deposit of $250.00 is charged to you on credit card. This deposit is non-refundable;
• Cancellations:
  cancellations on booked & confirmed filming times do not cost any more than the amount of the non-refundable deposit paid to confirm your booking. An additional deposit will be required for re-booking a filming time;
• Payment terms:
  production payment by credit card or cash on the day of filming
• Deposit:
  the $250.00 deposit payment is deducted from the total production amount paid on the day of filming;
