For a while we had a great web developer and designer, but he left the web scene, so we were in need of someone who could keep up our high standards. I worked very closely with one of Receptive's developers and was very impressed. Any change was implemented within 48 hours (usually sooner) and if there were concerns or suggestions, she didn't hesitate to speak up. Actually they had to transfer the whole site over to a new cart system, and did it brilliantly, it's like a mirror image with much much more usability and functionality. "Receptive come highly recommended, I can say this from personal experience; we don't use anyone else now. Oh and not only do they do good work, but it's affordable! Win-win as far as I'm concerned.
